If you plan to seek health and medical care in UKM Specialist Centre (UKMSC) through the coverage of your insurances, please contact your insurance representative to request for a valid Guarantee Letter (GL).
Once an initial GL is obtained, please whatsapp your GL to us at +6012-9145762 & +6012-5658031.

Upon your discharge, remember to collect your deposit payment receipt and other payment receipts from UKM Specialist Centre’s Payment Counter.
Please note that receipts are printed once per visit/admission. Additional copies may incur charges.
