For cash payee, referral letter from outside clinic/hospital is optional. However, referral letter from panel clinic is compulsory for new patient who is using Guarantee Letter (GL) to get treatment in UKMSC.
Your attending doctor have to liase with UKMSC Specialist/Consultant for case referral and approval.
